Cook for the Children

Cook/Food Specialist is reliable for overall food preparation for the enrolled children. We plan a fun menu and provide the food. Must be adaptable to menu changes and be able to meet Lunch schedule. Ensures safe food preparations and proper sanitation methods and maintains a safe kitchen/pantry area.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare Lunch for children. Distribute food to the Children following appropriate health and safety guidelines, and policies. (We will Teach)

  • Follow the daily menu provided by the Director which incorporates, USDA, licensing and/or health department regulations.

  • Maintain inventory of food and supplies, Let Annie know what is needed.

Time Commitment:

 1.5-2 hours, including the prep and clean-up, Lunch is at 11:45.
